What is your refund Policy?

Here at TheRetroBlast we professionally test and restore each and every console that’s sold. However, with the nature of vintage electrical items, sometimes things go wrong that are completely out of our control. We will be happy to accept returns & refunds for faulty or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.

A request for a refund/exchange must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must be in original condition with any of the original packaging included. Any items that appear to have been damaged or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when handling console as we cannot accept any items that have been physically forced or damaged. For a successful Return, the item(s) must be returned to us before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of console at the time at which the return is received for processing.

If you are having difficulties using your console, please contact us via email where we can assist you in how to use it.

We do not accept full instant refunds for reasons such as :

• Change of mind or not liking your console

• Not knowing how to use your console

• Purchasing by accident

How do I organise a return?

If you’ve met the above requirements, you may submit a Return Request by emailing us at help@theretroblast.com

Where do I send my Return Item?

We will provide you with the full address details once your return has been authorised. Please do not return any items before requesting a refund via email.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your refund. Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the original purchase price of the items only.

Are returns free?

The shipping cost of returning item(s) to us for an exchange or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. Buyer is responsible for the costs if the item(s) does not come back to us in its original condition or if the item is lost in the post so we please ask you to use recorded delivery.
